Ellie is a certified fitness & nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience helping 100's of clients transform their lives through fitness. Ellie has a true passion for what she does. Her approach is rooted in balance, mindfulness, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, women's health and a deep understanding of sports nutrition. When she's not coaching clients, you can find her on walks, hiking, surfing, lifting weights, or experimenting in the kitchen with loud music on, dancing around.
